Founded in Stuttgart in 2020, we are an innovative high-tech start-up that now has 12 permanent employees. Since 2021, we have been able to further develop our measurement technology in customer projects in the Stuttgart and UK area and are currently also working on our next step in corporate development – scaling up from 2024!

We are looking for you to optimise our purchasing processes and shape our supply chains. Become part of our team in Stuttgart Vaihingen.

Your tasks

  • You are responsible for planning, controlling and monitoring the entire supply chain from procurement to delivery
  • You optimise stock levels, delivery processes and production workflows, taking costs, quality and efficiency into account
  • Ensuring on-time delivery of materials and products in close cooperation with suppliers, logistics service providers and internal departments
  • You will be responsible for developing and implementing supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
  • Responsibility for analysing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) along the supply chain and initiating improvement measures
  • You will conduct contract negotiations with suppliers and monitor compliance with delivery conditions and quality standards
  • You trigger orders and are responsible for incoming goods inspections
  • You will be involved in the introduction and use of modern software solutions for the digital mapping and optimisation of supply chain processes

Your Qualifications

  • Successfully completed studies in the field of logistics, supply chain management, business administration or a comparable qualification
  • At least one year of professional experience in supply chain management or in a comparable position
  • Strong analytical skills and a solution-orientated mindset
  • Experience in the optimisation of logistics processes and in warehouse and production planning
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills as well as an independent, structured way of working
  • Ability to work independently, autonomously and accurately
  • Desire to learn new things and make a difference together with the team
  • Good MS Office skills and experience in working with an ERP system
  • Business fluent in German and English
