Maintenance EmiCo. lite

Calibration
Performed using the supplied gas bags (CO₂, CH₄, N₂O) and a 6 mm PTFE hose:
- Zeroing with nitrogen (N₂)
- Gas calibration (CO₂, CH₄, N₂O)
- Return to Operating Mode
Particle filter replacement
EmiCo lite is equipped with three particle filters that protect internal components from contamination and preserve measurement accuracy.

Maintenance schedule overview
Zero Point Gas: To provide precise measurements, EmiCo lite determines the 0 point of components. On a weekly basis the system performs an automatic zero-point calibration with pure nitrogen. For this reason, a nitrogen bottle is connected to the system.
Bi-annual Calibration: To avoid drifts, the EmiCo system requires a calibration every 6 months. The calibration is performed by connecting gas bags with predetermined N₂O, CH₄ and CO₂ concentrations to the system. These bags are sent by Variolytics ahead of time.
Maintenance: The units are monitored remotely by Variolytics, to determine if additional maintenance is necessary.
